After spending the summer serving up #CoupleGoals, power couple Jay Z and Beyonce are now headed for the beach after reports emerge that they’ve just purchased a lavish $26 million estate in East Hampton, N.Y.
From roller-skating nights and wine-tasting dates, hip-hop’s first couple have been rediscovering their magic to the delight of fans the world over.
And they’ve now added to their burgeoning real estate by acquiring the prime property befitting of royalty.
The extravagant mansion has seven bedrooms, seven-and-a-half bathrooms and tops 12,000 square feet, Trulia writes.

It also has a water access to Georgica Pond close to a 17 acre meadow preserve, while boasting a separate 1,800-square-foot guest house that has two bedrooms.
The Hampton pad isn’t the couple’s first real estate play this year, as they earlier ended their three year hunt for a new home, by splashing out on a 30,000-square-foot estate on the West Coast In Bel Air at a reported $88 million — the most expensive deal of the year in LA.
Not a big deal really, considering the pair’s combined net worth makes them a billion dollar couple – with Bey accounting for $350 million and Jay-Z worth in excess of $810 million.
