Nigeria’s former President, Olusegun Obasanjo, who paid a visit to the Governor of Kano state; Dr Abdullahi Umar Ganduje at the Governor’s Lodge, Mallam Aminu Kano House Asokoro Abuja, was in a playful mood as he was spotted playing with a young albino boy.
