Robert Mugabe reportedly agrees to step down, negotiates for his wife to leave Zimbabwe

 Robert Mugabe has negotiated for his wife Grace to leave the country while he prepares to step down.

Soldiers indeed have the President and his Presidential guard under siege. Zimbabweans have been urged to stay away from the Central Business District until further notice.
